TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All payments
by clients are directly to Marzouca Marketing & Sales to ensure
your reservations.
- Once we
have received your request on our "Enquiry & Information Form"
which is displayed on our home page for Jamaica or Cuba (www.marzouca.com,
www.jamaicaonweb.com www.cubaonweb) or just a simple e-mail giving us
the necessary information, we will get back to you quickly with our
offer and or suggestions to fit your budget as best as possible.
- After
you have received our offers and if you have decided to make a firm
booking please click on "Secure payment and booking form"
at the bottom of this or any page and fill in your information. When
making a booking we require your full credit card information to be
able to book and hold your reservation.
- To hold
and confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit of US$50 per person
which is part of your full package price (not an extra charge) is required
as expenses are involved in making this booking. Children under twelve
years, no deposit is required. Final payment is due 30 days prior to
arrival. If final payment is not received booking is automatically cancelled
with no refund due. Your deposit or full payment should be received
by us within 7 days from date of our confirmation to you. Please note,
for cancellation 30 days or less from date of travel there will be additional
cancellation charges by hotel / supplier depending on how close to arrival
date you cancel, should you NO SHOW at the date you are expected to
arrive at the hotel / supplier there will be no refund as the hotel
/ supplier could have sold your space.
- For any
changes made once booking is confirmed there will be a $15.00 per person
charge to cover cost of making these changes.
- Once we
have received your confirmation from the hotel / supplier and have notified
you and you have paid in full, we will forward by e-mail your travel
documents for presentation to our agent whom will meet you at the Jamaica
or Cuba airport.
- Payments
can be by Visa, MasterCard credit cards or Western Union to Marzouca
